Refund policy

We want every purchase to be a positive experience and we will do our best to make things right for you if you are not satisfied.

Modern Space Living will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unused, unaltered, and free of damage by the customer. All returns requests must be received within 30 days of receipt. If approved, your refund will be reduced by a restocking charge equal to 10% of the purchase price.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@modernspaceliving.com. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return Shipping is not free. You are responsible for all postage and packaging fees associated with your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you refuse or fail to accept delivery of any products you order, with the exception of refusals related to visible delivery damages, any risk of loss, theft or damage will pass to you, and not limiting any other rights or remedies Modern Space Living has, Modern Space Living:

Will remain entitled to payment in full for the products shipped to your delivery address, including any delivery fees incurred; and

May effect any required additional delivery by whatever means it considers appropriate, and you will be liable for all additional costs incurred as a result of such refusal or failure to accept delivery.

Exchanges
We offer reshipment for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at support@modernspaceliving.com.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. We offer a comprehensive 1-year warranty on all products to protect against manufacturing defects and faults, providing you with peace of mind during your purchase. However, we would like to clarify that our warranty coverage is limited to the replacement or repair of the product itself and does not extend to any associated secondary costs, including hiring an electrician or any other external services.
